Reception - the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
Location and building were beautiful.
The room was very comfortable.
Paco, in the restaurant, was always attentive and efficient.
Didn't Like:
Some of the furnishings were a little scruffy, eg stair carpet was worn. Lack of variety in the menu for a stay of longer than a few days.
Some of the restaurant staff were not very efficient or friendly.
We thought it would be easier to get to Barcelona than it was.”

“It was really superb and the food was excellent and we loved
all the different sausages!!!!! The staff were very attentive and kind and our room was kept in excellent order by Carmen! We thought the surrounding countryside was so lovely and we visited all the little villages in the forest. We look forward to another stay in the Paradors perhaps Seu dárgell next time.

“The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a very romantic location, it was a shame that the restaurant was less than romantic, decor and lighting made us go else where,some of the staff were very helpful others not so, it was hard to get service in the bar area and coffee cups were just laying around”

Very good location and the view from the hotelroom balcony was marvellous. Roomservice was excellent. Food was also very good. Swimming pool is relatively large and is suitable for both adults and children. Very couzy hotel.

The unpleasant smell that was probably coming from chemicals used to clean carpets or floors.
