This Parador is located in one of the most peaceful spots of the region of Osona, with the Guillerías mountains in the background and the Sau reservoir at its feet. A relaxing setting, and one that is also perfect for outdoor activities: hiking, adventure sports, biking. This is the Parador closest to Barcelona (82 km by dual carriageway). This is a modern Parador with thirty nine double rooms (most with two beds) with full bathrooms and most with balconies. There is a swimming pool (open only in high season). The newly-refurbished rooms are spacious and decorated in quiet colours with comfortable furniture. The restaurant offers Catalan specialities such as the popular Osona sausages, 'carn d'olla' (stew), and anglerfish au gratin with ali-oli sauce. In addition to standard double rooms with either two beds or a queen bed, this Parador also has a quad room (for four). SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Minimum two night stay with accommodation and breakfast on weekends 1 March to 31 October.

“Wow. The scenery was breathtaking (an unexpected but pleasant surprise)and the hotel was fabulous as well. The manager changed our accomodations so our family could stay together and we were treated well in all aspects of the service. ”

“The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a very romantic location, it was a shame that the restaurant was less than romantic, decor and lighting made us go else where,some of the staff were very helpful others not so, it was hard to get service in the bar area and coffee cups were just laying around”
