Like a Galician Pazo: View PDF

Located opposite the Monterrei fortress, the Parador recreates a traditional Galician country house, with a central crenelated tower, panoramic views of the castle and Verín and the Valley's prestigious vineyards. The Parador is about 2 km from the town of Verin. Some of the bedrooms have views of the outdoor swimming pool and the gardens. 'Merluza a la gallega' (hake Galician style) and 'filloas' (type of crepe) in cream scented with eau de vie are good examples of the gastronomy offered at the restaurant. This Parador has standard double rooms (2 beds) only.
