The Parador is currently closed for renovations.

Located opposite the Monterrei fortress, the Parador recreates a traditional Galician country house, with a central crenelated tower, panoramic views of the castle and Verín and the Valley's prestigious vineyards. The Parador is about 2 km from the town of Verin. Some of the bedrooms have views of the outdoor swimming pool and the gardens. 'Merluza a la gallega' (hake Galician style) and 'filloas' (type of crepe) in cream scented with eau de vie are good examples of the gastronomy offered at the restaurant. This Parador has standard double rooms (2 beds) only. Visit the old town of Verín (2 km.), historic and artistic heritage town of Monterrei (opposite the Parador) and the Palacio de los Condes, Chaves (20 km.), Invernadeiro Natural Park (40 km.). Famous springs at Cabreiroa, Sousas, Fontenova. Vineyards and wine cellars of the Denomination of Origin Monterrei.

A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged at the time of reserving. The remainder will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your reservation without penalty (Your deposits will be returned to you). If you cancel less than 72 hours before check-in, or in case of "no-show", the one-night deposit will be retained. If you shorten your stay once you have checked-in, the Parador may impose a penalty of one-nights stay.
