 High mountain house with impressive panoramic views: View PDFTenerife, island of the 'eternal spring', thanks to its unequalled climate, offers enormous contrasts and a wide variety of landscapes in its different areas. The Parador, located in the natural Cañadas del Teide crater, more than 2,000 metres above sea level, has impressive views of the Teide cone, the Chaorra crater and the White Mountain. It is certainly in a unique location being the only building within the El Teide National Park. The interiors have the ambiance of a mountain lodge both in the common rooms and bedrooms. There are six rooms with double beds and twenty eight with twin beds, all ensuite and with minibar, telephone and television. The restaurant serves original Canary Islands cooking with such dishes as rabbit in 'salmorejo' (a gazpacho-like sauce) 'papas arrugadas y mojos' (potatoes in their skins served with typical dipping sauces) and the 'viejas sancochadas' . The peak of the Teide, the highest peak in Spain is at 3,718 m. (3 km.)

Activities: trekking, golf, swimming tennis. Visit Teide Peak (3 km) which is the highest point in Spain. There are directs flights to Las Palmas and Tenerife from Spain’s main provincial capitals. Once there, it is possible to connect to the smaller islands – La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma – by inter-island boat or plane. The best way to travel between Tenerife and La Gomera is on one of the boats which sail between the two islands daily. Festivals in the vicinity include Carpet of Flowers Festival: La Orotava, 42 km., Pilgrimage: La Orotava, 42 km.

Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be guaranteed using the credit card which you are supplying to us. The entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 15 days prior to check-in and a receipt sent by email.
If you cancel before we charge your credit card, there is no penalty. If you cancel once we have made our charge, and at least 72 hours prior to check-in, we will return your deposit less 6% (the commission we pay to your credit card company). Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to check-in, and no-shows, will be charged one night. For large groups and special events a signed form will be required.
