“This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful but the grounds below the hotel were not in good order. Pools of dirty water to breed mosquitos and litter.”

“When booking you should tell the clients that there are rooms facing the parking (garbage disposal) and the city. We had a room facing the garbage disposal which was emptied at 2 o'clock in the night. It was overall very noisy and if we had known that there are quieter rooms, we would have gladly paid the surcharge of Euro 10 per night. The staff at the reception actually was not very helpful.”
