The Hotel is on a cliff overlooking the sea, in an ideal spot to enjoy the beach, which is reached by a lift. The entrance to the building is through a splendid garden which pleasingly contrasts with the blue sea. The spacious, light-filled interiors are comfortably furnished and most of the rooms have terraces looking onto the sea (with the exception of the basic rooms). The upper rooms also enjoy spectacular views over the Mediterranean and the mountains of the Sierra Almijara, and the beautiful cliffs of the Málaga coast.The rooms and common areas are bright and spacious in this modern building. The works of well-known contemporary artists Bajola, Belén Comthe and Dario Basso adorn the walls. The use of red, green, copper and ochre in textiles and modern furniture throughout give this Parador a casual and comfortable feeling. All of the 98 guest rooms have full bathrooms, television, mini-bar and Internet connection. The 13 rooms on the first floor all have direct access to the pool, as well as bathrooms with a hydromassage bath that look out onto the interior garden. The Parador has a Tienda shop, as well as business services with staff specially qualified to organize conventions, business meetings or presentations. The local flavors of traditional cooking are featured at the restaurant. A completely renovated space, it stands as one of the most inviting showcases of Malaga-style fare. This Parador has basic 65 twin rooms (2 beds)and five standard double rooms (1 bed) and suites. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Minimum half board compulsory in August.
