Main restaurant provided good food and service for dinner, reasonable choice of dishes and good choice of wines.
Receptionists were good and helpful.
Didn't Like:
Hotel is "traditionally" a bit dull, room lighting was totally inadequate by modern standards.
The car park was inadequate for the number of guests at the hotel. Insufficient spaces and most spaces not very big for modern cars with wide doors. Fortunately we arrived early and were able to park relatively easily. However, it looked as though some guests had struggled to find parking.
The buffet breakfast area seemed to be a bit small, it would be better to use the main restaurant.”
