“The town and beach were a disappointment, not as described on the web site, but the hotel itself was fine. The rooms were comfortable and they accomodated adjoining rooms for us. The staff was helpful but not as welcoming or friendly as Vic or Caradona.”

“L'accueil à la réception n'a pas été à la hauteur de l'établissement. Il était même à la limite de la politesse. Nous l'avons fait remarquer immédiatement ; la personne a rectifié immédiatement. L'accueil et le service au restaurant étaient sans chaleur, sauf en ce qui concerne une jeune serveuse souriante et aimable. Nous avons été très surpris du peu de professionalisme du personnel.”
