| PRICES LISTED ARE FOR 2006. Hotel prices are shown in a range--the exact price of your room depends on a number of variables, including high, low or mid-season, special holidays, normal or superior rooms, weekdays or weekends, etc. We will confirm the exact price of your room at the time of your enquiry/reservation. Please note that unless otherwise specified, the 7% IVA tax (8% in the Balearics) is not included in listed prices. Please remember that you need to reserve at least three days prior to your requested reservation date; we cannot make reservations with less than three days notice. Semana Santa (Easter) and Christmas/New Years are High Season and usually require a 3 night minimum with full board at all Paradores. |

| Deposits/Guarantees and Cancellations: |

|
We require a credit card to secure a booking (Visa, Mastercard or Amex only). The credit card must be valid and you must also present this same credit card to the Parador at the time of check-in. In most cases, a 10% non refundable deposit of the total booking cost will be taken by Inns en Route (head office in Canada) and the balance will be charged IN ADVANCE by the Parador at which you are staying (usually within 48 hours of making your reservation), and a payment voucher will be emailed to you for presentation to the Parador. Note that some Paradores take only the amount of the first night's stay. You are responsible for payment of any additional service such as meals, parking, tax, etc. directly to the Parador upon departure. As each Parador operates autonomously, a few use a different procedure and we will always advise you of this when confirming your reservation. If you must cancel a reservation, please advise us in good time and definitely within the hotel's cancellation period. The Paradores have an additional policy on cancellations: cancellations made four or more days prior to the arrival date will carry a Parador charge of 6 euros (plus tax) as a cancellation fee. The refund of the remaining prepaid amount amount will be returned to your credit card by the Parador. When you make a reservation, it is understood that you have read and agree to the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions listed on this site. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us by email info@paradors.net or fax (from North America 1.604.648.9356 or, from Europe 001.604.648.9356). If you have a last-minute cancellation, you should also telephone the Parador – the telephone number will be on your voucher/confirmation. In all cases you must inform Inns en Route. If cancelled more than 4 nights prior to reservation, a 6 euro charge is made by Paradores. If cancelled less than 4 nights prior to reservation or no-show, the Parador will charge the equivalent of one night's stay. For Easter and Christmas bookings the Paradores apply a different cancellation policy and all reservations must be prepaid. If you make a reservation and then request a change to the dates or to the room configuration, we reserve the right to charge 10 euros per change made. Important: while we make every effort to confirm the bed configuration that you request, we cannot guarantee this. Each Parador has a variety of room types and in some cases a double room may mean a room with two beds pushed together or not. Information if you are travelling with children: at most Paradores it is possible to put only one extra bed in a room. The price for a child bed (under 12 years of age) is 50% less than normal adult price. Buffet breakfast for children is 50% less than the normal adult price. Parador dinner menu 50% less than normal adult price. Baby menu 12 euros. A baby crib (under 2 years of age) is free. No discounts apply over the Easter period (4 - 8 April 2007). Prices at the Paradores are subject to variations without prior warning (usually during special events or local or national holidays). |

| Accuracy of website/booking information: |

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the Paradores on our site, but occasionally changes do occur that may not be immediately reflected on the website. Neither the Paradores nor Inns en Route can be held responsible for such changes. On occasion an emergency situation may arise in which the hotel is forced to close temporarily or withdraw certain services. We cannot make any representations or warranties on these changes but we will try our best inform you of these situations as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for errors or omissions. Inns en Route Inc. is an independent agency representing a number of hotels throughout Europe and North and South America, including the Paradores group. We have no control over hotel personnel, equipment or activities and cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred by guests while staying at Paradores. The contract for reservations is between the guest and the Parador Group. Any disputes should be be resolved between the guest and the hotel. Hotels and proprietors are legally and financially independent of Inns en Route Inc. Although many of the Paradores have swimming pools, the opening dates of the pools depend on the time of year, the weather and the region. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and the terms and conditions at any time. We always act quickly once your reservation request, with the necessary guarantee, is received. We cannot, however, guarantee that a room is reserved until we get a confirmation from the hotel. You should not make travel plans until you receive this confirmation from us. We cannot be responsible for lost reservations due to time differences, technical problems or hotel errors. If you do not receive details of your reservation within 5 days of sending us the relevant information, you must contact us by email or fax. On occasion a reservation confirmation will be undeliverable for various reasons (client has given us an incorrect email address, the email account is full, the internet service provider’s server is down). If a telephone number or a fax number has been given to us we will attempt to reach you this way, but if you choose not to provide this information, then it is impossible for us to reach you. For this reason it is imperative that you contact us if you do not receive your confirmed reservation once you have sent us your credit card details and have instructed us to make a reservation for you. If we cannot reach you and you do not contact us, and you do not arrive at the hotel, this will be charged as a no-show. Locations on the map of Spain are approximate only.
